Each un-serviced site would cost $200 (HST included) and will measure a minimum of 25 feet by 50 feet (1250 sq. ft.).
If you are an Air Show Atlantic Insider Club Member, you will be able to purchase a site for $150 (HST included) between 6 pm on Saturday, July 14 and 11:59 pm on Monday, July 16.
The camping site would open to start receiving campers at 12 noon on Friday, August 24 and must be vacated no later than and must be vacated no later than 5 pm on Sunday, August 26.
Once the campground is open, from their own sites, campers can watch the performer practices on Friday and the entire show on both days of the weekend. A maximum of 8 people will be permitted to camp PER site.
The campground area has its own dedicated entrance onto the Air Show grounds (ie. where static aircraft, ground attractions, food vendors, etc. are located), however access onto the Air Show Grounds is NOT included with your site fee. It must be paid in addition, but only if you want to go onto the grounds, which is not mandatory. We have this policy in place because we have no idea how many people each campsite will have and expect most sites will differ in numbers from one to the next.
However, to offset the fact you are paying for a site, we are offering a highly discounted ticket option ONLY to campers staying at the site. The cost PER person would be $25 (HST included) which includes access for BOTH Saturday and Sunday. And remember children under 12 are FREE as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult at ALL times. This is a rather significant savings over the regular price of Air Show tickets.
The only amenities provided on-site would be portable washrooms, handwash stations, showers and potable water; no hookups for water, electrical or sewage will be available anywhere on the site. Garbage and recycling bins will be placed in the campground to contain any potential mess in the area. Also, the nearest convenience store is located only 0.5 km away from the site in case you need anything.
