The Careers in Aviation Zone will be located on the Air Show grounds in the center of the action providing high traffic and visibility. It is meant for aviation and aerospace/defence-oriented organizations wanting to promote their company/organization and/or offer a recruiting opportunity (can include industry, academic/training and youth organizations).
Display Tent (Standard Size) - 10 ft by 10 ft
$900 + HST for Private Sector Companies
$600 + HST for Non-Profit Organizations

Display Space in Main Tent (Standard Size) - 8ft

$300 + HST
* The current plan allows for total of 13 spaces in a 30' x 60' tent
Included with Each Space in the Main Tent:
Anything requiring to be setup in the tents or in the booth space in the Main Tent must be supplied or arranged by the exhibitor. Any special requirements such as dollies, forklifts, etc. should be pre-arranged with the Careers in Aviation Zone Manager as early as possible to ensure availability.
Access to the site will begin on the Friday morning before the show. Vehicle traffic must be controlled by ASA staff as the airport is considered active, so your patience in any delay is appreciated.
Your Careers in Aviation Zone Exhibitor's Pass will give access to all designated Exhibitor areas, both during the weekend and while setting up on Friday. Additional Passes may be purchased for your booth(s) by prior arrangement with Air Show organizers.
