The Runway Market will be located on the Air Show grounds in the center of the action providing high traffic and visibility. It is meant for medium to large community and business-oriented organizations and/or sponsors wanting to advertise/promote what they do and have the budget/manpower to do a larger scale display.

$900 + HST for Private Sector Companies

Included with Each Tent:
All other furnishings (beyond table and chairs) and anything requiring to be setup in the tents must be supplied or arranged by the exhibitor. Any special requirements such as dollies, forklifts, etc. MUST be pre-arranged with the Runway Market Manager as early as possible to ensure availability.
Access to the site will begin on the Friday morning before the show. Vehicle traffic must be controlled by ASA staff as the airport is considered active, so your patience in any delay is appreciated.
Your Runway Market Exhibitor's Pass will give access to all designated Exhibitor areas, both during the weekend and while setting up on Friday. Additional Passes may be purchased for your booth(s) by prior arrangement with Air Show organizers.
